Criminal Defense Attorney Tommy Pisciotta of Travis Noble Law Firm Has Died

Tommy F. Pisciotta of St. Louis, Missouri, has died, leaving behind a life defined by dedication, intellect, and an unwavering commitment to justice. His passing is a profound loss to his family, friends, colleagues, and the many clients whose lives he touched through his legal work.

Tommy was known for his drive and focus from an early age, qualities that shaped both his academic path and professional career. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2018 with a major in Entrepreneurship from Endicott College, followed by a Master of Business Administration in 2019 from the same institution. These achievements reflected not only his strong work ethic but also his curiosity and determination to understand how systems—both business and legal—operate at their core.

Guided by a desire to serve others and advocate for fairness, Tommy went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. During law school, he distinguished himself through hands-on experience and a deep commitment to criminal defense. He worked in the Criminal Defense Clinic, where he gained invaluable exposure to the realities of the justice system and the human stories behind every case. His time there helped shape the lawyer he would become—thorough, compassionate, and relentless in the pursuit of justice.

In the summer of 2019, Tommy began working as an intern with Rosenblum, Schwartz & Fry (RSF), a role that marked the beginning of his professional legal career. Alongside his work at RSF, he completed a lawyering externship with the Missouri Public Defender’s Office, further strengthening his advocacy skills and reinforcing his dedication to defending the rights of others. After graduating and being admitted to the Missouri Bar, Tommy was offered an associate position at RSF, where he continued to build his reputation as a skilled and dependable attorney until 2023.

Never content to remain stagnant, Tommy sought new challenges that would allow him to grow further as a legal professional. In June 2023, he accepted an associate position at Travis Noble P.C., where he focused exclusively on federal and state criminal law. In this role, Tommy was widely respected for his meticulous attention to detail, fierce advocacy, and tireless pursuit of his clients’ best interests. He approached every case with intensity and care, earning the trust of those he represented and the respect of those who worked alongside him.
